RxUSA Price Protection Guaranty Policy:  We will meet or beat the best price for any US FDA approved Manufacturer's original package  size  price posted for any medication we carry (We do not carry, or fill most prescriptions for any Controlled Substances!). The total price guaranteed must include competitors charge for 1-2 business day insured delivery. This guaranty is determined based upon prices they post on the internet. The guaranty will apply only to the posted price's of  these major US licensed Pharmacy competitors (CVS, A.A.R.P, Rite-aid or Walgreen's). This Price Guaranty  includes  the cost of the medicine in the original smallest Manufacturer's package, PLUS the cost of 1-2 business day Insured delivery, OR UNINSURED GROUND, in the Continental USA*. Delivery of your medication, regardless of the address you designate will be construed to have been made in the State of New York by our giving your order to DHL, US POST Office (USPO), UPS or FedEx for delivery for you. Your transmission to us, of your prescription, and request to have the medication shipped to you at any designated address is an acknowledgement that you have read this notice and agree that New York State and Federal laws and regulation, govern and control, as to this prescription order, and  will be subject only to New York State law and jurisdiction. RxUSA is not responsible for delays in shipment and does not in any way guaranty the delivery times of the shipper you choose for your order.
